This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on maromcosmetic.cc and is operated by MAROM CO., LTD.

 


 

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or Thai public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, you will be notified by email or phone.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Coverage

 

We currently deliver:

Within Thailand:

  • Remote areas: up to 7 business days

4. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

Marom is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

 

If the customer provides:

 

  • An incorrect address

  • Incomplete delivery information

 

And the package is returned or lost, re-shipping fees may apply.

 


 

 

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your order arrives:

 

  • Damaged

  • Missing items

  • Lost by courier

 

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with:

 

  • Clear photos of the package

  • Order number

 

We will investigate and offer:

 

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Or store credit (depending on situation)

 

 


 

 

9. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

 

For international shipments:

 

  • The customer is responsible for:

     

    • Customs duties

    • Import taxes

    • Local fees

     

 

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
