This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made on maromcosmetic.cc and is operated by MAROM CO., LTD.. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 


 

 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

 

We currently accept the following payment methods:

 

  • Direct Bank Transfer (Thailand)

  • PayPal

  • Credit & Debit Cards (via PayPal, if enabled)

 

Available payment options may change without prior notice and will always be displayed at checkout.

 


 

 

2. Currency

 

All payments on our website are processed in:

 

  • Thai Baht (THB)

 

If you are paying from outside Thailand, your bank or payment provider may apply:

 

  • Currency conversion fees

  • International transaction fees

 

These charges are not controlled by Marom.

 


 

 

3. Bank Transfer Payments

 

For Direct Bank Transfer:

 

  • Payment instructions and bank details will be shown at checkout

  • You must use your Order ID as the payment reference

  • Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed only after payment is confirmed

  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled

 

Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

 


 

 

4. PayPal & Card Payments

 

When paying via PayPal or credit/debit card:

 

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted payment system

  • Marom does not store or have access to your full card details

  • Payment confirmation is usually instant

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
